"Irina communicated just fine but she had us working with her associate and that person left so she did not have anyone who could handle our account at the time."

"3 month past deadline but still couldn't complete job. After weeks of silence, freelancer went unresponsive when asked to provide status of job. When we finally did get a response from the person to whom the freelancer reported, we were told the freelancer kept running into roadblocks, and that they learned something "new", as if we did not disclose some crucial information, which prevented them from completing the job. If they needed the information, they could have simply asked. We jumped through hoops to provide every detail they needed, but they still could not deliver. Perhaps the outcome would have been different had the freelancer been more open and forthcoming in her communication. 3 months later, and not to mention the money sunk in, we're back at exactly where we started."
