Create solutions to the business gaps (implementing new technology, streamlining processes, creating new departments/functions), implement HR solutions. Execute the strategy and monitor KPIs for effectiveness. • Preparing businesses to scale into new markets by streamline processes/procedures, optimizing business strategies, creating org designs to scale business, completing the market analysis, aligning org designs to compensation structures, hiring the right talent, and implementing the scaling of the business. • Partner with start-up businesses to help them create a strong people, process, and technology foundation that will ensure their business runs smoothly and effectively. Process Improvement: • Review current processes, identify gaps, identify goals for process and solutions to gaps – creating go-forward processes with implementation approach. Strategic Planning: • Working with departments to identify strategic goals centered around growing their business. Create cutting-edge strategies based on business needs and execution plans to ensure their success. • Mergers/Acquisitions: Develop and lead the approach businesses use to acquire/or merge with businesses ensuring they have a smooth transition for people/process/technology.
