Strategic Planning: • Working with departments to identify strategic goals centered around growing their business. Create cutting-edge strategies based on business needs and execution plans to ensure their success. • Mergers/Acquisitions: Develop and lead the approach businesses use to acquire/or merge with businesses ensuring they have a smooth transition for people/process/technology.
