"Hi, You know, I think we shouldn't discuss the number of hours I put in helping you because I know very well that I have spent way more than 1 one hour and I can easily prove that. - I reviewed your account and pointed out all the things that you were doing wrong in an almost 2-page-long document (A4, Arial, size 12). I had to deeply analyze how you had set up your account and analyzing the account alone has taken at least a good 2-3 hours. - We had a consultation call in UpWork which lasted exactly 36:07 minutes and this was not part of an interview or anything similar. - We had 2 calls on Skype, each lasting 14 minutes (28 minutes). - I made changes in your account (which you can see in your account change history). I optimized the bids and i reviewed all the search terms for the past 30 days and I created 2 negative keywords list, one with generic keywords and the other with competitors (because your budget was very low and I wanted to make sure that you were only paying for what was very important) Those are all the things that I remember to have done, and I know very well that what I did for you was worth more than just 1 hour. If the reason you requested the refund was: a) Because you wanted me to record what I was doing and send you the video (to which I disagreed because it was not what we agreed on before starting the contract) b) Because you think that the hourly rate was too high c) You have found someone else who can implement the changes in the document I sent to you (or you want to do this yourself), then I would please you to remove this very negative feedback as it does not correctly represent all the effort that I put for helping you. I would also like to remind you that it took you almost 2 or 3 weeks to provide me admin access to your Google Ads account and very soon after you gave me admin access, you stopped the contract and requested a refund. Maybe you didn't give me enough time to implement any "Visible" changes in your account... Again, I am not going to refund you the 1 hour that I charged you (because it is not fair) and I would please you to remove this negative feedback (because it is not fair).
