"This Response is from Freelancer Kevin Hall to former Client Vinay Kumar. It is unfortunate to have to leave this Response publicly for Vinay Kumar but it is necessary due to his False and Inaccurate actions. It is futher quite unfortunate as not only was I very skilled to handle this project but during the same time period as I worked this project I was Successfully securing major Business Meetings with CEOs, CTOs, Exec VPs of major companies and Microsoft and SAP providers using the same Methods, Processes skills and tools I tried to use for Vinay. Please note that the Project with Vinay only lasted not even 7 full business days in total time. It appears that both Vinay and his Company is Financially struggling and I have seen Reports where his Staff has dminished and reduced over the last 2 years. Working with Vinay for a very brief period of time I can understand why. His statements do not match his actions. While he may be Technically very Skilled his mannerisms and communication are amongst the worst I have seen in over 15,000 Successful hours at Upwork. What should have been a Successful project for him turned south only due to his own actions. He is absolutely false in claiming I was not proactive in Communicating. There are both Upwork Messenger records, Email records, Slack records and other text info I provided to Vinay who was directly Hostile and Adverse to Communicate on the project at all. He was hostile and adverse to Discuss any FAQs and Common Objections to his Solution and Failed to provide any Info on this. He refused to provide any Calling Solution or other Tools for the project and when this was raised he simply did not Care to hear about it. The leads he had provided were old and outdated and had not been contacted in over 3 years except for 8 "warm" leads he provided out of which at least 2 had inaccurate and incomplete info. I performed exactly as Discussed and agreed in our limited 2 conversations and absolutely proactively reached out to him about the project and in fact it was i who went out and Scheduled a Meeting on his Calendar tool to make sure things were on the same page after he was Adverse to Communication in a prior meeting and prior messaging. Vinay then turned around and first Paused the project making False statements with no basis and not even checking what had been done and then said we would discuss in the Meeting and then he cancelled the project and meeting and Deleted the Slack account where much of the messaging occurred without ever discussing the project. I can only imagine he is suffering both Financailly and in his business as indicated as this made no sense as I was doing exactly as described and the same Methods and Processes that were Successful for other CEOs with more Experience than him. The difference is those CEOs took active involvement to ensure quality and that process issues were aligned. Vinay was like an "absentee landlord" in the short time of the project who could not even attend a simple Meeting to get on the same page. All work was performed accordin to the Upwork Terms of Service and Upwork Contract and Vinany did not even attempt to question any work which I gladly would have gone over with him. Note that during the same time as the work with Vinany I was in touch with many MSPs and Solution providers with Heightened concern for CyberSecurity and hacking giving the International climate and affairs in Russia yet Vinay did not even wish to Discuss any possible Objections that Colleges and Universities may have in the US to his Solution yet other Competitors had published info raising the same types of questions I did to further his project in a Professional and Successful way. I did attempt several times to Communicate with Vinay before publishihg this but can not in any way Recommend working with Vinany Kumar or his Solution as he proved in a very short time why he was strugging in business. I did not need his project and still do not and only took the project as I knew I could be successful. We didn't even have a conversation about anything that may have not been aligned before he took this action. Very improper and very unprofessional. I can document my successes and work very clearly including the attempts to proactviely be successful for Vinay Kumar. Respectfully submitted by Kevin Hall"
