"We hired Pankaj to redesign our website and provided everything (images, icons, colours, design for each page and detailed instructions). He was expected to just put everything together and insure that, for example, space below or above headings, the space between paragraphs, title size, etc. were consistent across the website, so it looks professional. He estimated the work would take 2 weeks but after almost 4 months of patiently waiting for the work to be done properly, we had no other option but to cancel the contract and look for someone else who will take the job seriously. Pankaj is a skilled developer but not very hard working. He´s completely careless with regard to results and does everything in whatever however manner, and than you have to request numerous corrections for very basic things such as paragraph spacing. At least, in the end, he admitted that the work wasn´t done properly and agreed to a partial refund. However, we cannot get the lost time back."

"We initially contracted Pankaj to develop a website for us over 3 months. Ultimately this contract grew to developing two websites simultaneously with ongoing edits and upgrades as the businesses evolved. Throughout the process Pankaj prepared all work on time, took direction well, delivered what we wanted, created content when we didn't have any idea of what we were looking for, and did exactly what we wanted when we DID have an idea. We are extremely pleased with the results and more than happy with his assistance over this 2 year contract. There was a slight communication and execution hiccup now and then, but I believe that to be a language challenge and possibly due to his comprehension of a second language (always impressed with anyone who is bilingual so not a criticism) and possibly the need for our explanations to be delivered in simpler terms. We had to keep an eye on the editing but together we made a good team and Pankaj produced exactly what we were hoping for by the end. My Manager is extremely pleased with the outcome and sends his thanks. We will rehire Pankaj to continue to maintain these sites and effect future edits as required. We can happily recommend Pankaj to anyone looking for a website developer. Thanks Pankaj."
