Background as Data Entry clerk at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd: • Providing technical assistance for crew members working onboard. • Collects, compiles and prepares Personal data form, passport, visa, seaman’s book, SRC, Medical, POEA Contract package, Medical Certificate, NBI/Police Clearance, New hire Checklist, STCW training certificates Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar, and Anti-piracy training to all new hires globally. • Follow up calls and emails to candidates with disapproved/rejected personal data form and for the completion of other mandated documents in different nationality. • Generating Employee ID numbers for new hires through the online system and manually - positions approved outside the system. • Responding to crew concerns and other stakeholders with regards to E1 ID Creation and other onboarding process. • Sending Status reports to Lead and Supervisor regarding ID Creation and other answered emails • Requesting and Confirmation of Assignment with Scheduler. • Encoding details in E1 (visa, seaman’s book, passport, PEME, Place of birth, Parents Information • Validation of permanent/legal residency card of new hires living in other countries. • Checking the approved gateway cities allowed to use depending on the nationality and permanent address. • Checking if new hire is residing in our Preferred recruitment region. • Verification of restricted areas in India and Crimea. • Background check status monitoring. • Coordinating with Rehire request if new hire is eligible for rehire application. • Audits, Checks and validates documents for accuracy and obtains corrected data when necessary. • Assist Recruitment, Onboarding, Schools, and Hiring Partners to generate ID numbers in E1. • Verifies all new hire documentation are received and send complete file to the fileroom/uploads documentation electronically as necessary. • Perform various aspects of all administrative and documentation tasks related to the onboarding of shipboard employees. • Assist in preparation of various reports as required, including, but not limited to, status reports, analysis, and lists of talent pools.
