I specialise primarily in Conversion Rate Optimisation within the DTC (direct to consumer) space and have over 5 years of agency and in-house experience working on Website and App optimisation, thorough user research and A/B testing. My strengths lie in taking a deep dive into understanding pain points of user journeys on your platform, and addressing them through a tailored strategy that takes into account your investments in other marketing channels to improve conversion. I also work closely with developers and UX/UI designers on a day to day basis and have a lot of experience in Shopify theme upgrades, intermediate level HTML & CSS changes as well as project management. A successful CRO programme can not be achieved with just one person, and I look forward to working collaboratively with your team.
