"Faizan clearly knows PCB design very well. He quickly created a full board design and schematic and sent them to me and even had a suggestion for where I should have them fabricated. He supplied a folder with every document that the fabricators needed to produce which made this process (which I've never done before) extremely easy! The only thing I think Faizan (and me!) could do better would have been to take a little more time in the beginning to make sure we were on the same page as to the application of the board. This board was being used to power different versions of large DC hoist that have contactors, and some of them are series-wound hoists. I think there were some misunderstandings on his end and some assumptions on my end that he fully understood the system and it led to a board being designed that doesn't plug in as cleanly as we both wanted. He's working with me now on an extended contract to solve this. Overall he's fast, thorough and smart, and it shows in his work as well as his reviews. You should have no hesitations about hiring him!"
