"Zac's scores are disappointing but I respect his view. This is a 2 year-old contract and all billings are for work completed successfully in 2017. Back then, I helped Zac with a few challenging back-end SCORM issues in his custom LMS. We made progress on a couple key needs; however, the project had limited funding and paused at times, and I had to juggle projects to stay busy. A couple months ago, he reached out and asked for additional help. Zac's a great person and I accepted, but did not anticipate changes in my availability. I also should've setup a new contract to distinguish between the projects. Unfortunately, unlike our first project, I could not begin work and nothing was billed."
