"The quality of work was fantastic, far higher than expected. Little guidance was needed, both an indication of competence and a level of mastery of the English language. There was no firm deadline associated with the requested work but due to hopefully one-off situations there were some multi-week gaps in activity without forewarning. We would like to use the contractor again in hopes of seeing improvement in these two areas so that a more glowing review can be left."
