In three months, I was able to: 1) Decreased claim denial rate from 27% to 4% resulting in a positive impact to cash flow and decreasing bad debt. 2) Decreased rebill rate from 15% to 6%. 3) Modified internal review and quality assurance process to decrease days to bill from 45 to 8. 4) Increased weekly billing by 122%. 5) Introduced and implemented policies to ensure adequate internal controls over the revenue cycle, cash handling, and petty cash.
