I am a freelance copy editor and proofreader. I provide copy editing and proofreading services to a variety of clients. My Upwork experience includes a long-term contract as a Proofit writing expert providing services to Grammarly clients. I have also worked with book-length fiction and non-fiction, copy editing to Chicago Manual of Style standards. I have copy edited a variety of media, from print marketing materials to app UI texts. Some of my favorite freelance projects have involved copy editing and formatting articles for submission and publication in various academic journals. In the past, I worked on annotation projects for a newspaper database in Australia, where my attention to detail served both my client and myself well. My goal is to establish long term relationships with a few clients who are in need of high-quality copy editing and/or proofreading of their written material, whatever the audience or format.
