Hello, my name is Yao. I am a certified Chinese translator from Shanghai, China. I have been translating for a living since 2009. I take pride in all of my work and always try to go the extra mile for my clients, whether it is delivering the translations a bit earlier than expected or letting them know about an inconsistency I've found in the original text. I tend to underpromise and overdeliver. In 2016, I became a member of the Translators Association of China.
