I have extensive experience in the construction industry from general contracting, design and draughting, fit-out work, and subcontracting within the private sector, residential sector, and mining sector. Construction projects I have worked on range in price from $100 000 to $1.5 million, with my largest construction project being a building of size 1500 square meters, the highest being a hotel of 7 floors.
My on-site experience is as a hands-on Project Manager, I use the tools I gained in construction to add value in other industries. Using my skills, I have managed a Solar Licencing project on Upwork as well as Public park renovations and an offshore construction project in Perth. I have over 20 years of experience. I use MS Project Gantt Chart and Excell to plan your project and provide the following services:
1. Define project goals
2. Establish and Schedule milestones
3. Resource management
4. Manage project budget
5. Generate project reports
6. Generate project diagrams
