Experienced Michigan attorney available for research and drafting

I am an experienced Michigan attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience now living in the Chicago area. I have been working for the last fifteen years as a legal consultant, legal researcher/drafter for a number of attorneys nationwide. I have drafted various pleadings, motions, responses, briefs, memorandums, and other court documents for attorneys in state and federal courts including Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas, Nevada, and California, as well as the 6th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals. I have also assisted attorneys in the preparation for and conduct of their trials and hearings, and in preparing Bankruptcy paperwork. I am also proficient in drafting Wills and Trusts and various kinds of agreements, including operating agreements, investment agreements, employment agreements, and prenuptial agreements. I am an excellent writer, a quick study, and very versatile in the types of legal matters I can assist with. I also have very good communication skills if you need someone to interview or talk to a client. I am available to work for licensed attorneys in any state. For Michigan clients. I am available for drafting wills and trusts, deeds and land contracts, agreements and contracts, and legal correspondence. I can also assist clients with the handling of probate estates. My rates are very reasonable for my experience (generally $45 per hour for research and drafting for attorneys and $60 per hour for legal work for Michigan clients). I am generally available on very short notice.
