Technical Support / Customer Success:
Onboarding new customers and providing chat, call email support to Fintech and other businesses.
Customer success for Cellular Networks / MVNO’s. From purchase and onboarding to plan selection and technical assistance.
Testing software and reporting bugs as well as providing technical assistance for SaaS companies.
Providing after-sales technical support as well as selling, upselling, retention, and order assistance for Smart IoT devices company.
Identifying backtracking and troubleshooting bugs. Creating tickets and documenting the resolution.
Providing remote desktop support for issues troubleshooting. Escalating complex tickets to senior Tier, Devs or relevant department.
Manage customer escalations in accordance with agreed SLAs and support agreements

Prior experience to these includes Outbound/ Inbound sales in real estate, medical equipment, and 20+ other different products/services. In my previous experiences, I have worked with software and tech companies, digital marketing, e-commerce, real estate, insurance brokerages, and IoT devices companies assisting customers and businesses from product selection to delivery as well as after-sales support services where required.
These different experiences have enabled me to utilize my experiences and offer a blend of both sales and support services to analyze the need of customers and take every necessary step
