I am a freelance translator. Currently, in the process of getting my master’s degree in Chinese Studies. In addition to 5 years of experience working as a translator, during my academic courses I also had the privilege of getting to know the ins and outs of translation theory and got to learn the technicalities of simultaneous interpretation. Although my academic faculty focuses literature, due to my time on Upwork I also got plentiful experience dealing with technical content, such as product listings, medical and legal documents, manuals, gaming content, web ads, SEO texts etc. I'm capable of providing top quality work in the field of translation, adaptation, and copywriting, I've also got experience working in data entry and teaching. The languages I work with are, Polish, English and Chinese. I'm very passionate about learning languages, working with written text and adapting it to other language systems. In hold a bachelors degree in Chinese studies and an IELTS academic band 7 diploma. I'm a Polish native speaker. Cheers!

"Mikolaj committed to help us with some Polish language tasks, but after a very little bit of work, he vanished. But have been trying to reach out to him for 2 months without success. We also tried to contact him outside Upwork and it was not possible. He is not reliable at all and his work quality was bad."
