I am a freelance Creative Strategist and Marketeer with over 11 years of industry experience working on large and small brands from both in-house and ad agency set-ups. Coming up with a new brand image for Village Leathers and JMI, creating design and copy guidelines to be used across all channels. • Employed for 3 years at CLUSE watches as a Senior Social Media Specialist and copywriter leading a team of 4 social media managers and designers. Coming up with the strategies and creative concepts for all social platforms and creating content for email marketing. • At Generation UK & Ireland (employed for 2 years) I led the creation and implementation of the organisations first marketing strategy and managed all executions across organic and paid social channels, eventually hiring a marketing team. This included creating the marketing strategy, creating content and posting to all social media channels, creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports and adapting the strategy based on learnings, creating an automated email marketing flow for our subscribers and writing all emails, creating a paid marketing strategy and executing it across social media and Google Ad Words. • Content creator for Howsy and Upad. Creating blog, website and email content for landlords. • Launching marketing strategy for Parcelist (USA Start -up). Here's some of my results: • Won a new client (South West Trains) for Ad Agency GTB with my pitch for the “Adless Ad Campaign”. I became the lead creative on this account for the following years the client remained with us. • Created the most engaged with Social Media post of all time for Ford Motor Company (Europe) with an astonishing 42% engagement rate. (Industry benchmark is 2%). • Won YCN award for best campaign and achieved several in-book D&AD awards as well as important contributions to Cannes Lions winning campaign entires. • Grew the organic social media following for Generation UK & Ireland by 500% in 6 months. • Several creative community competition wins with organisations such as She Says and One Minute Briefs. • Increased conversions from marketing by 40% in one year for Generation UK. • Created a 155% increase in transactions from organic social media for CLUSE watches and jewellery • Earned 7.7K in just 3 weeks with new social media assets for digital marketing (CLUSE Watches and Jewellery). • Increased comments by 74% and overall engagement by 34% (CLUSE watches and jewellery). • As lead creative on a charity campaign for wrap-up London with £0 budget, I created organic “buzz” through organic social media channels, influencer outreach, PR stunts, and using free ad space in Time Out and the Metro to reach 4.1M users organically and receive 23K coat donations within just one week.
