"Originally a job setup through Ajay, it was agreed that we would work with his colleague, someone part of his growing organisation perhaps. Well, Sailesh was excellent. We had a very rare error happen in the middle of the dev cycle, unrelated to him, which caused a massive shutdown across our GitHub repo. Sailesh was not only very understanding (as it massively interrupted his work) but, he was also super responsive in helping trying to resolve an issue that was affecting our live production server. So credit to him for actually caring. In terms of skills, I found him to be pretty solution orientated. I scoped up everything pretty clearly for him, but, when we did run into something not entirely covered by the scope, Sailesh had no problem taking control and making some recommendations. For anyone with extensive experience around the 20-30 USD per hour cost range, you will know this is rare. Furthermore, towards the end of each respective bug/new feature delivery, our QA team at additional feedback for Sailesh, sometimes 2 or 3 times. I barely seen him get upset about this, maybe one time, but he was quick to get back on track once I pointed it out to him. Overall, I found communicating with him a joy, I found his technical knowledge more than adequate, his knowledge of Github was useful, and he was quick to become familiar with the Stripe task, something that has not happened with previous developers who need a 101 class on the basics of Stripe. I'm not sure we really pushed his technical skills, so I can't really comment on this area, however, he is super professional and a great guy in general, two qualities which would make continue to work again with him. Highly recommend for people looking for a great developer who is courteous, polite, on-time and cooperative. Cheers Sailesh mate 🔥"
