Let me take your idea from concept to a finished product. Often people ask about my story - I come from an unconventional background, but my experiences have helped guide my clients to success. I was born in Hong Kong but migrated to Australia at a young age. As a result, I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn two languages from an early age - English, Cantonese, then Mandarin later in life. This also extended to programming languages. I was lucky to have a father who studied engineering, AI and computing (he was definitely way ahead of his time). No doubt it steered my interests in that area, when I wrote my first line of BASIC code when I was 5 years old. Since then, the world has evolved from analogue to digital. I am in the last generation of people to know what life was like before our digital revolution, and the first generation to grow up during it. This gives us a unique perspective on life, technology and their interactions. I have always been interested in people, in particular, human personality and behaviour, yet our daily actions and habits started to change quickly as new technologies hit the market every day. My expertise is a fusion of learnings from psychology as well as over 13 years of product development, data and technical experience. I have architected, designed and developed mobile apps, web apps and other digital solutions. Over this period of time, I have seen that successful digital products with the biggest uptake are centered around the human experience.
