"I'm going to be as nice as possible here with his score. His product was klunky and did not perform consistently between the latest popular web browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge). We were going in circles. Revisions were almost identical where he did not spend any time even trying to fix things. I had to get another Upwork freelancer (finally had some time to work with me) I work with regularly and he fixed it in just an hour, exactly to my detailed specs! Sameer pretty much tried to force his hack on me insisting that the job was complete."

Even he is not ready to connect with me and neither want to do a screen screen. he just came online once in a day and say "It is not working" and then disappear. Also release only half amount of discussed price. Upwork should have banned this kind of client who just ruins other profile and screw up everything."
