In 2016, consulted with a small but skilled videography company, accelerating annual revenue from under $200K to $1.2 million, including their expansion into a national firm (now over $5m per year in 2018). Also spearheaded the efforts to help a small film and television software product solidify an international reseller partner, yielding a 3-year exclusive deal worth over six figures. In 2017 and 2018, consulted for iconic entertainment industry brand VARIETY, conducted extensive market research for an emerging software in VR storytelling, expanded his consulting role with a leading tech company in the cannabis industry, and helped a leading software used in the shipping industry to generate deals with several popular consumer goods manufacturers (including one worth nearly $500K/year).
In 2019 executed influencer product launches in the fashion industry, coordinated on air advertising for a cable TV series, took on his first client involved in the international distribution of films, as well as doing social media/press/marketing/partnerships for several documentary films, content creators and a platform for remote video auditions.
In 2020, despite the global pandemic, Zack was able to secure high value deals with professional sports arenas for a gamification platform, with a major hospitality company for a marketing content creation firm, with retail outlets for a women's fashion brand and with market research firms for a Disney TechStars Accelerator start up that produces a video-based audience feedback platform.
In 2021, ThinkAlike Media was chosen by a leading podcast producer to sell their advertising, replacing Stitcher, the $325 Million podcast ad sales behemoth. Additionally, closed $175K in commercial projects for an architectural firm. Secured approximately major 65 fast food locations for a commercial music licensing platform, a deal with Under Armor apparel which saw our client's 360-degree photo booth experience used at the Boston and Chicago Marathons, and a two-movie distribution deal for a UK-based documentary production company. Closed a $90K Latin American retail distribution deal for a baking appliance used in the cannabis industry.
Zack lives in Los Angeles with his wife, toddler son and daughter, two dogs and three fish. He looks forward to the pandemic ending so that he can hopefully return to restaurants, movie theaters and baseball stadiums in 2021.
