Processing of different scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves obtained for epoxy binder material during cure to develop the analytical model of cure kinetics. As a solution was the software built with Python. The developed software analyzes the DSC data for the selection of empirical parameters of cure kinetics model. It is subsequently used to numerical solve the cure kinetics equation for a given temperature-time curve. At the end, this data was used to create different models of curing epoxy resin, depending on the temperature regime at which it cures.
Processing of data obtained from different scanning calorimetry (DSC)
Processing of load-extension data for automatic determination of tension, compression, shear and bending properties of standard specimens made of carbon fiber reinforcement plastics and automatic report generation. Developed system realizes least squares approximation of obtained load-extension curves, identification of linear portion of the diagrams and calculation of elastic properties of materials according to type of test with subsequent statistical processing and generation of report.
