My name is Philomena Onuorah, a National Diploma holder in Science Laboratory Technology from Federal Oko Polytechnic, Anambra state, Nigeria. I find myself to be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills and very industrious . For some years I have worked in telemarketing, and customer service in the media industry. I am an experienced customer service representative and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Customer Relationship Management Tools, Sales and Call Center Leadership. I have a track record of maintaining a consistent call, activity volume and consistently achieving the set organizational goals. I have also completed series of Online courses on Virtual Assistance which has helped me advance my personal intelectual skills and work skills.
