I am currently a Contact Center Assistant Manager supervising a group of 14 associates on a hybrid set-up. I am in the financial/life insurance field providing leadership support to one of the biggest life insurance companies in the US. I am looking for a part-time or even full time VA role as I feel the need to gradually shift careers to have more control of my time and to focus more on things that really matter. I have 15 years of Customer Service experience starting from voice support to a supervisor role. As an Assistant Manager I ensure that Quality and Productivity targets are met. I closely interact and collaborate with our onshore clients on all performance related and process improvement objectives. With my experience in the field, I have developed excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Although I am new to the VA world I believe I already have the skillset to be easily trained. I am proficient with MS Office, Google Apps and other cloud CRM apps like Salesforce. I have a dedicated work space at home which is free from any distraction, a high spec personal computer and 2 reliable Internet subscriptions (one works as a back-up). I do believe that I have a lot to contribute to your organization and I look forward to provide greater detail about my skills and experience during an interview.
