"Fast and efficient"

"Here is my experience with this freelancer: 1. She is not honest person. Everything she was saying was not collaborating with the information on Amazon. I felt like she was tell me anything to make me feel good without delivering good results. 2. I paid her over $2,000 for doing almost nothing. At some point she was running ads on Amazon for the product that was not listed properly. I saw so many mistakes and errors on my listings to the point where I start questioning her motive for taking my project. If there is someone out there who worked with her and feels like she is an Amazon expert, then I can say she had a personal agenda when she decided to take my project. 3. She was not Communicating with me unless I ask her about the status of something. Otherwise, there was no any communication. I requested her to call me a couple of times, but she refused. Her excuse was her phone was not functioning properly. 4. I notified her via email that I was planing to launch my products on Amazon on Monday thus she should complete everything this week. She replied to me that she was going to work on everything and give me an update today Friday May 28, 2021. I did not hear from her and no changes were made on Amazon, everything is messed up. For this reason I have decided to end contract with her and will find someone who is not associated with upwork because I cannot trust what I am reading on upwork about freelancers expertise."

"I could not disagree more with this review. In addition to working on and providing new and updated information for all of his listings on Amazon, I also provided and created numerous product feeds and uploads, which took time and attention to detail, as many of his listings kept throwing errors. This process went on for days, but it was finally completed, so we could fix the variations and get the products properly organized for Amazon. The initial contract was to create and post new listings and variations, as the variations were not properly set up by the previous freelancer. They had to be entirely redone. His SKUs needed to be entirely rebuilt with a proper naming convention as well. He also required research and cleanup on the content and keywords. In the end this was a very fair price and compensation for the work provided to him for rebuilding his listings and cleaning up the prior situation. In the end, there was nothing prohibiting him from advertising all but one listing, and that was being updated per Amazon's request at the time, which is beyond any freelancer's control. As far as reaching out and remaining in contact, when I wasn't working on his listings, I was returning emails, calls, WhatsApp messages and texts. This project was far more complex and involved than originally presented, so additional work was required and provided. While he wanted to be live as soon as possible, there were many issues to resolve before that could happen successfully. I am glad Upwork provides freelancers with the ability to respond to client comments, because this is a case where it is sorely needed."
