I am an electrical engineer and a PCB design expert with 10 years of experience in creating high-quality and complex circuit boards for various applications, such as IoT, robotics, and embedded systems. I have also led several startup projects as a team leader, managing the design, fabrication, and procurement processes. I am committed to delivering quality and timely results to my clients, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. Some of the services that I can do: • Schematic capture and layout with Altium Designer, KiCAD, Eagle, EasyEDA, Orcad, Cadence and other tools. • Multi-layer PCB design with microprocessors, SoCs, high-speed interfaces, power supplies, communication circuits, analog signal processing, and wireless protocols. • Simulation and Gerber checking with OrCAD Capture and PSpice, and CAM350. • BOM creation and component sourcing from Digikey, Mouser, JLCPCB, LCSC, and other suppliers. • PCB prototyping and testing with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, and other evaluation kits. • Firmware development using C, C++, Python, and QT, and IoT platforms such as MQTT, Thingsboard, AWS, and Google IoT. • PCB design optimization for EMC and EMI compliance, and PCB manufacturing and assembly processes. • PCB design documentation and review with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and other tools. Some of the skills and qualifications that I have are: • Expertise in routing clock signals, differential pairs, bus and single-ended traces with noise consideration. • Knowledge of circuit board components, electrical engineering principles, and signal integrity analysis. • Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines and IPC standards. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform electrical evaluation and testing. • Excellent communication, teamwork, research, and problem-solving skills.
