Executive Assistant - Administrator -Accountant

In my career, since 2006, I have undertaken varied administrative, customer service and financial roles. I have solid experience in the organisation and management of various Customer Service, administrative, accounting and financial related tasks, having worked in a construction company as Executive Assistant (2007-2009); in a not for profit organization (2009-2010); in various accounting and tax consultancy companies (2010-current), and, in the tourism industry as accountant and admin coordinator since 2018 until now. In my current role am in charge of all company accounts payable/receivable and I lead and coordinate an admin team comprised of five people. in brief, my duties include: - Multicurrency Payments management (liasing with banks, credit cards and diverse online money transfer providers); - Bookeeping and accounting, using Quickbooks, Salesforce, Excel; - Maintaining, updating and implementing database records using CRM Salesforce; - Preparing cash flow quarterly forecasts; - Process payments for vendors, staff expenses and foreign currency and ad hoc payments as necessary; - Payroll processing; - Managing the calendar and workflow of the administration team in multiple time zones - Event planning and management - Supporting the Marketing Team with strategic decisions using data from CRM systems such as Hubspot and Salesforce. - Participation in weekly full board meetings providing an update on KPI, cashflow, admin and finance issues. - Constant improvement of the customer experience I have a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Palermo and I am familiar in using diverse IT suits, to manage and solve multiple issues. I am passionate about customer behaviour, I have a strong ability to listen and a keen eye for details. I like to organise and implement new procedures to facilitate the team’s job and interact with multiple teams and I have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Always as a good team player and good communicator, I like to cover cross-functional roles in various industries and teams and I am always ready to learn new stuff. I am empathetic and helpful with the clients and co-workers and I feel empowered in rapidly changing environments. This attitude has always given me the motivation to do a good job and to work happily, always with curiosity and enthusiasm, and to adapt myself in any kind of task and environment. I am passionate about reading (mostly about different cultures form all over the world, languages and all about science), hiking and adventure travels, cooking and water sports.
