I handle US and Australian customers. I also have experience working as an Outbound calls, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Data Mining, Internet Research and Data Entry. As someone who has exceptional organizational abilities, and a great ability to work in a team environment, I am sure that I qualify well for this position. My manager was very pleased and promoted me to lead a high-profile training project . Well, I decided to make it my mission to make the program more engaging and valuable. • I presented my idea to my managers and they gave me the go-ahead so I started by analyzing all of the evaluations over the last few years to understand what people found valuable and where we were losing them. • As a result, I was able to restructure the agenda to make the whole program more engaging and interactive. • We added exercises and switched the order around to avoid long stretches of dry topics. • We also added a game aspect that really encouraged people to stay involved and complete the entire program. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed my phone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, active listening, attentiveness, clear communication, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. Understanding the customer's problem correctly and anticipating possible questions is the key to effective communication and shorter customer interaction. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers. I am a full-time freelancer and available to start working during US and Australian business hours
