"I did not have a great experience but want to try to be fair. First, he offers a competitive hourly rate, so I have to keep that in mind. For the low rate, one might consider the work was good. Also, Suresh himself was extremely professional, responsive, and a clear communicator, and would put me at ease when we spoke. However, in our contract, Suresh was not the person actually doing the work. He oversees a team. The people actually doing the accounting work with me made a lot of time-consuming errors. From categorizing what later turned out to be duplicate expenses from a single credit card over a full year, to exporting csv that left out a lot of important information, to forgetting to track time so I'd be asked to add bonuses later. Overall, I was not happy with the job of his team. I was very happy with Suresh and how he handled things. I see many people have had better experiences with them and I wish Suresh and his team the best."
