"I do not recommend Evita for any virtual job tasks, I employed her for 6 months and gave her consistent training. Despite multiple feedback, she was not able to reach any kind of productivity. Evita was taking multiple times off during her working hours(Cutting short calls/not responding at all). We moved Evita through the different timelines to try to increase her productivity in vain! The biggest downside of the entire collaboration was her communication, she was consistently asking to arrange her working time and many times was not professional with the rest of the team. Her lack of professionalism almost cost us the loss of our biggest clients! Our company uses Upwork for years and employed more than 20 workers on the platform. The collaboration with Evita was maybe one of the most challenging. If you are looking for a healthy work environment I highly advised you to keep looking for someone else."
