"As with their other reviews they promised alot but delivered little. We paid good money in advanced in good faith only to be let down. I think they suit smaller scale projects not complex or advanced projects. Excuses aside they breached their contract there where failings from both sides however we didn't clarify in detail all of the technical work required which lead to bottle necks as they lacked some of the skills in the advert description. My advice would be to ensure they clearly scope all the work required for the project to be delivered as this is the responsibility of both parties especially if you non technical and if they can’t complete a project or see potential issues they deal with them before taking money from a client. I am happy to provide more details on my feedback if requested. Hopefully they do a better job with you sometimes its just bad luck."
