The client's goal for this condo renovation was to open up and utilize the space to a more efficient degree. The project was broken up into two permitting sets, the first being the demolition and the second being the new construction portion. My contribution to the project included the entirety of drafting for both permit sets, of which I was hired by both the architect and consulting interior designer to merge the project documents seamlessly. The project was completed on schedule and the architect, interior designer and myself are now working on another unit within the same condominium.
