"I am unfortunately feeling a bit like we threw money out of the window. Freelancer billed hours until the cap although we've agreed that we dedicate an initial budget and the review together if it makes sense to comtinue the project. In the end we stopped the contract after $1.400 spent. During the whole time not a single update was given from Riza. The activity tracked was medium in average as I can see in Upwork's tracking. I was requesting Riza several time for an update and she always promised to give an update but then there was a typhoon, then another, then corona, then whatever. I have given up now and I consider the USD 1.400 as lost. this is the very first time that I have to state that I would not recommend working with Riza and I would certainly not hire her again. I am sorry Riza, but you have just not played fair."
