"Long was tough to communicate with non-response and was almost impossible to reach him at times. After working with our main dev, we realized how buggy and flawed his work was; everything had to be redone. Would have liked to see things progress, but the lack of communication and lengthly response times make work impossible. Was definitely a waste of resources but we have moved on."
