"Having worked with a handful of contractors here, I can say that Ashish ranks far above most with whom I've worked. I found him to be honest and cooperative and patient with myself and the project heads. Ashish took the initiative in at least one case, going beyond his duties to help me be successful. I will always remember that. He delivered results in a timely fashion, and his code worked. Admittedly, I find it almost necessary to make some of that code less obtrusive or more DRY before I carry out bug fixes (which I generally don't attribute to him but to a changing spec). I expect that I would have seen Ashish shine better but that the difficulty of an ever-changing list of project requirements and changing responsibilities made it hard to concert the work done on this project -- not his fault, but I can only evaluate the code based on what I actually have.
