General and medical translator and copywriter

+ 12 years of professional experience in translation I specialize in general and medical translation, interpreting and copywriting in Romanian, English and Spanish, Russian. My professional experience was acquired in US and Spanish companies. As a copywriter and translator, I have worked with documents from various fields: medical, legal, business, activity reports, project plans. My reports and translations were used by many international organizations such as UNHCR, USAID, UNESCO, EIB. As an International Medical case manager, I was responsible for translation and interpreting for patients in a variety of medical specialities – from Epilepsy, Oncology, to Cardiology, Ophthalmology, and others. My professional skills include and are not limited to: - Medical content writing, translation and interpreting - Analysis of medical instructions and reports (discharge reports, treatment schedules, lab results, EEG reports, ECG/Echocardiography/Treadmill tests, MRI/CT/X-Ray reports, histologic reports, etc.) - Communication between the medical staff (nurses, doctors and any hospital representative) and the patients within patient rooms, ICU, surgery rooms, delivery rooms, Emergency rooms, medical consultations, Day Care rooms, etc. Working with huge amount of terminology in various languages simultaneously, as it is in my case, requires a lot of responsibility, extreme accuracy and impeccable time management skills. I have an extremely keen eye for detail and I am very diligent in any commissioned task.
