I am native Norwegian, 25 years old from Hemsedal, Norway. I got my certificate of apprenticeship within tourism and I have been working with people, tourism and customer service since 2009. For the past 2 years I have been working for Webhelp for project Norwegian Airline as a customer service representative, and now as a superuser. Due to my experience there, I can now master all communication and computer skills. I am most efficient when I have a lot to do at the same time as I am very good at multitasking.
