BIM Modeler/Coordinator, Revit Specialist, CAD Technician

I'm a BIM Modeling Expert who has worked in and studied the Engineering and Construction industries for the past 20 years. I have worked in many different settings including municipal, manufacturing, power, pharmaceutical, multi-family residential, and commercial. I currently own and operate a BIM Coordination Business for MEP Contractors. I operated as a Project Manager and Lead Technician for 100s of projects within various 3d Modeling Environments. - I have 12 years experience working with Revit to create 3d Models for use in BIM Coordination, Scan to BIM Services and 2d to 3d conversions. - I have 10 years experience working with AutoCAD for use in design assistance, Digital Terrain Modeling and Analysis, and Other Civil and Site Layout Problems. -I have 5 years experience working with Solidworks/Inventor for Solid Body Modeling and Design Assistance. -I have 9 years experience working with point clouds, including work with Microstation, Geomagic Design X, Edgewise to produce various maps, scan to BIM projects, and reverse engineering mesh to solid conversions.
