"We gave up using your “services” as we found your approach to be one of arrogance based on of ignorance and an immense lack of knowledge or experience. We asked you to help us by placing your technical results on whats app where we had a team of nine people ready to help. You rejected our requests on three occasions despite our reassurances that we recruit and pay via whats app as we understand their rules and because our team members do not have access to upwork due to company policy. We have been in business for decades and have employed more than 300 consultants during that period but we would never ever consider employing you again. When you finally submitted a “Social Media Marketing” plan we found it so childish that we did not even comment. One of our IT graduates given a day on google could produce a more in depth plan without much supervision. Your much touted fee of US$80 for the “work” you would do has been paid in full as we are people of high integrity and respect our commitments to upwork. From our point of view a most regrettable hiring. This matter is now closed and the contract ended sine die."
