I will help my clients to have the best result or output as soon as they need it. This is my passion. Been in the customer service for almost 6 years as Live Chat, Email and Phone Support. I have managed to have a lot of phone calls and live chats in queue. I used to have two live chats at the same time with different queries and resolved it all in the most efficient manner. Been through a lot and have had took so many experience on how to handle customers by creating and leaving an impact to them on how good my customer service skills are. I have used to handle different accounts too and learned a lot from it especially different processes that I know I can apply here to make my work easy since I already had a background on how to do or use it. Listening to customers needs, satisfying them and doing an extra mile to make a quality and good customer service are my expertise. I love doing it. Creating, resolving their concern and leaving a good impact whenever they leave our conversation feels really good. Also it makes a good impact with the business to have more customers that stays. I will definitely show off my skills in every job I will take. I am patient, can work under minimal supervision, flexible in any shifting schedules and still willing to learn new task/things/process and can learn it fast. I have worked for a lot of Telco companies and E-commerce around the world. Had experienced Order Processing (Order Status, Order amendments, Order Tracking and Order inquiries) Bill Disputes ( Refunds, Bill reading and explanation) and Sales. I am also open for trainings and feedbacks. I keep myself updated for upcoming changes and I always wanted to have a long term job and good relationship with clients. I can assure you that I will do my best in every task/project that will be given to me, focus and prioritize it since I do believe that since it was given to me, client chose me out of all the others and put their trust on me so I will make sure that it will be most and highly valued.
