Polyglot tutor/ admin support/ project manager

I am a Spanish, English, French, and Haitian Creole tutor, admin support and project manager. I provide language instruction to students, in traditional settings or digital environments, I develop lesson plans, monitor student progress, and provide helpful feedback on listening, speaking, reading, and writing improvement. I am currently working at the French Alliance of Cap Haitian as a Spanish and English tutor/translator. I am the former E-learning office manager of the Notre Dame University of Haiti; my duty was to train teachers and students on how to use academic online platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Google meet, etc. I am excellent at Microsoft Office which allows me to create documents, flyers, and publications; to store, organize, and manipulate data including formulas, handwritten notes, and data that you collect; I can also manipulate graphing tools, create drawings, do screen captures, audio clips, and more. My digital skills are good, I can find, share, and create content using digital devices, such as computers and smartphones I worked as a project manager for three (3) different NGOs in Haiti, I was responsible for defining project objectives, roles, and responsibilities; defining resource requirements, and managing resource availability; outlining the budget, preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, managing delivery of the project according to this plan, tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to the team and key stakeholders; managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope; preparing the schedule, managing the relationship and communication with the stakeholders and beneficiaries, and ensuring the success of the project.
