Nurse

Registered nurse with over 10 years of experience gained in several concentrations of nursing including gerontology, clinical OB/GYN, and perioperative nursing with expanded knowledge in trauma and neurosurgical patients. I want to guide my career towards being a part of a team dedicated to directing patient care safely by using innovative, evidenced-based intervention recommendations and patient teaching in a manner that enables and empowers patients to have autonomy in their healthcare. I am looking for opportunities to provide consulting and create medical literature to benefit the community. I love advocating for holistic care on a long-term continuum for patients. As a nurse, I have inherited the innate drive to take part in a patient’s care – to be blessed enough to have the honor to be charged with the care of a person in their most joyous and challenging moments and I strive to continue to do so through literature and teaching.
