Christina transformed the way ResellerRatings has operated not only in the marketing ops world but in the overarching world of RevOps. Christina saw the need, day 2, at ResellerRatings to change the game of how things were operating. Within 6 months, she created over 5 new processes and consolidated their tech stack. She saved 50 hours a week per sales rep by creating a Zap in Zapier. This Zap automates the closed-won cycle to kick off the marketing onboarding campaigns in HubSpot with certain triggers from PandaDoc, Chargebee, and HubSpot. The marketing campaign that was created in HubSpot for renewals and upsells increased renewals and brand awareness for free tiers as well as every paying tier (30% increase in contract value and 76% decrease in customer churn rate). Prior to that being in place, the team was manually creating renewal emails. On the landing page side of operations, the strategies and operational structure Christina put in place, increased traffic by 25%, and the conversion rate increased by 5%. The strategies included progressive profiling, SEO facelifts, internal triggers, and outbound marketing this was all created by workflows and operational codes in OpsHub (HubSpot) and Marketing Hub (HubSpot). Christina increased adoption by over 100% and employee satisfaction because now her team feels that they have true ownership of their work and results. In 2020, Christina was awarded Top 25 under 35 because of her work experience as well as her volunteering efforts with Junior Achievement, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Girl Scouts of America. This past year (2021), she was awarded with Demand Gen Report's B2B Technologist with her work on ResellerRating's migration off of SalesForce onto HubSpot and consolidating their MarTech stack to having an all-in-one solution. HubSpot recognized her and the team she leads by writing a case study on her as well as producing a video.
