This is what you need to know about me: First job: - Phone assistance and support for client request: phone numbers, addresses, postal codes etc; - Provide call, mail & chat support for customers using the network to fix different issues; - Providing support for our partners' apps; - I used a ticketing system to register each incident from our network; - Investigating, diagnosing and resolving all network faults; - Working in shifts, including weekends and legal holidays; - Insure a proper technical cooperation between all involved parties; - Supporting the team in day by day activity; - Network administration/troubleshooting; - Internet explorer, google chrome - mailing and browsing; - Screening applications; 2nd one: Vodafone - Take internal customer calls in Italian and English; - Taking care of customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional relationship and receiving constant feedbacks; - Log, troubleshoot and dispatch IT issues, with the aim of ensuring quick and effective resolution; - Providing support for our partners' applications; - Insure a proper technical cooperation between all involved parties; - Update information in the relevant systems; - Document new known errors; - Investigating, diagnosing and resolving all network faults. - Screening applications; - Knowledge acquisition from contact centres activities; - Knowledge transfer; - Internal organisation trainings; - Internal organisation work instruction documents; 3rd: Oracle - Windows 2008, 2012 Server Administration - Oracle Database (10G, 11G) troubleshooting and administration - SQL programming - Customer satisfaction oriented, providing in time solutions, fixes or workarounds - Manage escalations in accordance with company procedures and SLA’s - Oracle Hospitality software knowledge and troubleshooting - Document bugs found in the software for further analysis and deploy patches or fixes.
