Professional Summary: I am a remote IT project manager with over 4 years of experience. I have successfully planned several projects from execution to completion. During my time I have served in different roles. Roles as a Product owner and roles as a Scrum master. Some responsibilities I had in previous roles: 1. Leading a team of developers to the completion of projects while adapting scrum methodologies. 2. With my knowledge of programming I successfully delegate tasks to front and backend team members in the product backlog while keeping track of work in a kanban board. 3. I have been able to meet most deadlines within the time allocated. Providing accurate estimations of when goals would be completed. In the case of unforeseen delays, I help the team work past the hitch and get the team back on track. 4. I helped in the deployment of deliverables as increments at the end of every sprint after it has been approved in the sprint review. 5. I conducted daily standups with the team to ensure I know where we stand on every part of the project and to unblock them if they face any problems or issues. 6. I created and managed reports for stakeholders. 7. I helped keep the team motivated and created ways to draw the team closer so they can work in sync.
