"Farah is self-driven, passionate, and works with a sense of urgency. As her immediate supervisor, I never felt I had to go out of my way to check in on her. She was good at managing her own workflow and communicating her priority list with me before diving in. She was proactive about asking questions, as well as pointing out errors or inconsistencies in the English text. She was prompt about delivering smaller and shorter translations as requested. She also helped train and mentor several other new employees. Farah's also a skilled translator who made the effort to capture the larger-scale meaning and nuance of a text instead of just swapping each individual word for its Spanish counterpart.
