I am an energetic, impassioned and self-driven Leader and certified Trainer who has enjoyed a broad spectrum of experience in the Telecommunications sector as well as FMCG across Africa with vast knowledge and experience in Telecommunication Engineering (Radio and Transmission Engineering) as well as Sales Capability Building brimmed with Sales Excellence in addition to general Learning and Development plus Employee Engagement plus Performance Management Lead. I worked for Kencell, Celtel, Zain, Airtel Kenya, Centum Learning for fourteen years before joining Unilever as a Sales Capability Building Manager overseeing Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda markets. For four months I was in charge of Learning and Development and Employee Engagement Lead at Airtel Africa before joining Danish Brewing Company East Africa as the Training and Development Manager. I was crowned as the Sales Capability Building Manager of the Year at Unilever for the period 2015 to 2016. I was also voted the best Trainer in 2013 at Centum Learning, Africa. My interest is in enhancing people capability through skills development both in the classroom and field coaching as well as team building activities.
