"Anika completed 3 market research projects for us during the course of 1 year. She impressed me as a pro of her field. Despite not having industry background for the research, she communicated effectively with me to define the interview guides. She was proactive in acquiring interview prospects. She promptly provided audio recordings of all interviews. She showed great flexibility by listening to my feedback for each interview to improve the interview questions. And she produced high quality research reports which captured findings and insights. It has been a great success working with Anika."

"She possesses all the essential skills a freelancer should have. She is highly skilled. As a result, her quality of work is extremely high-class. She remains available all the time whenever she is required. She adheres to her schedule and she is well-communicative as well. Moreover, she is very cooperative. "I worked with Anika over multiple months on a research study where we needed access to interview high-caliber executives of the leading companies in that sector. A sector which is hard to get in and discreet. She was persistent in getting the interviews we wanted, flexible in adapting her schedule to the executive’s schedule in different time zones around the world. Anika was instrumental in defining the process, the interview structure and of course conducted the interviews in a great way. We involved her also in a strategy workshop afterwards which was not intended from the beginning but a result of the great work she did before and trust. Anika delivered always on time in a efficient and effective manner so we could move ahead as quickly as possible. I would be happy to have her on board again soon."

An established well-renowned international Market Research agency repositioned their brand, with refinement of the definition of their key differentiators, and alignment of their strengths with the customer market value/benefit. The rebrand strategy exercise (headed by a dynamic Philadelphia-based Marketing agency) built the foundation for the rebrand of the identity, to increase user experience, boost brand engagement, and improve lead generation. ​ Services: Brand Audit and Positioning, Brand framework and Architecture, Brand Tagline A brand audit of 6 competitors was executed, based on 4W-2H model, to assess market positioning, target audiences and messaging strategy, along with brand archetype identification, to define differentiated and own-able space in the playing field. The brand pyramid outlined the attributed, functional/emotional benefits, USP and essence, and was complemented with the messaging framework for vision/mission, promise and positioning. A relook of the existing brand architecture also went through an overhaul, aligning the refined brand attributes to the product/service offering, promoting the benefits of the solutions and innovation approach to tackling research challenges.
Rebrand strategy for enterprise.
Quantitative study designed and executed to evaluate consumer attitudes and perceptions towards person-to-person marketplaces for buying and selling used cars. The project included survey design, programming and analysis of values and motivators that identified key pain points and decision-making drivers for consumers in the product category, to help client with their messaging strategy for the launch of the service. The eComm site was successfully launched with contribution of results from the research.
