"I engaged Ivan after seeing other feedback and his example work product. After several successful milestones, he became completely unresponsive and ignored all communication. He did not respond to requests for contact, updates, or additional asks. Through the process of the initial milestones, he was decent at producing initial drafts of work, but often multiple iterations were needed to improve to a deliverable final result. Throughout the back and forth I found that 1) feedback was missed or ignored 2) speed was prioritized over quality, for example, racing to get a next draft before digesting previous feedback led to several additional review cycles, and 3) his communication/availability throughout were inconsistent - some days he would respond instantly and produce drafts within short windows, and then days would pass with no updates or communication. In terms of video editing, he can do a fine job. I wouldn't hire again, but he seems to have a fine grasp of video editing when given very explicit direction and if you do not have an immediate deadline."

"I stopped working with Andrew because he was not helping with video production. So I felt that whatever I asked he was not helping me with the final product, like footage material. Also, I felt the payment was not worth the quantity of job that I was doing. Do I recommend working with him? Unfortunately, I accept the job to help him. I also said to him that the price I am giving to him was low. But as a freelancer, I always say respect your price. "
